Duke CE is networked to deliver the right expertise and right fit at the right time.
Designing and delivering solutions that push the boundaries and have real impact require that we have access to a diverse, globally distributed set of resources. Duke CE has a well-developed, unique capability to bring the right educational resources to fit the solution. We regularly work with four hundred top faculty, facilitators, executives and coaches from around the world, as well as with unique experience providers with diverse specializations.
We work with you to select people who have the expertise, fit, and passion for guiding and challenging your leaders. These people are carefully selected and vetted for their fit as well as their ability to collaborate and customize.
Since our founding in 2000, more than 1500 educators have joined the network and taught in Duke CE programs. Below are a few of our exemplary educators from around the world.
Dorie is a marketing strategy consultant and a recognized branding expert. As a former political campaign spokeswoman and journalist, she is quoted frequently in the media, including NPR, the BBC and MSNBC. Dorie partners with Duke CE to develop programs that allow leaders to learn how to connect with audiences and tell their stories more effectively.
Sudhanshu Palsule
Sudhanshu is an award-winning educator and thought leader in the fields of Leading in Complexity and Transformative Leadership. His latest book, The Social Leader: Redefining Leadership for the Complex Social Age was published in 2014. He has also co-authored Managing in Four Worlds and Personal Growth – African Style. Sudhanshu’s work on leadership blends human cognition and behaviour with current research emerging from neurology and psychology, coupled with his training in quantum physics. Sudhanshu collaborates closely with Duke CE on senior level engagements around Authentic Leadership, Leading High Performing Teams, Adaptive Leadership, Leading 21st Century Organisations and Purpose and Significance.
José M “Pepe” González
José M “Pepe” González, a former Global Marketing and Business Development Vice President at the worldwide leader in Packaging and Processing Systems, Pepe partners with Duke CE to provide first-hand expertise together with a solid theoretical background in strategy, leadership and change management. His focus is on strategy creation and collaboratively leading execution and business transformations. Bringing more than 27 years of experience in working closely with local and multinational companies, he addresses a wide range of issues including high performing execution and leading change, effective strategic decision-making and leading customer centricity, drawing on both business-to-business and in business-to-consumer experience.
Byron Hanson
Byron is a former Managing Director at Duke CE. He’s delivered corporate education programs in, to-date, over 20 countries around the world for clients like Microsoft, Shell, HP, KPMG, Altera, ANZ Bank, QBE Insurance, Genpact India, Rio Tinto, SCG Thailand, Merck, Astellas, Gold Fields and GHD Engineering. His research and publications focus on leadership development in different sectors and making learning stick. His work has been published in the Wall Street Journal, HR People and Strategy Magazine, ChangeThis, the Journal of Advances in Human Resources and the Journal of Business and Management. For the past years Byron has been a Director at Like Minds Advisory helping organisation embed learning development into the real work of leaders. He collaborates with Duke CE to design and deliver customized programs, build learning embedment levers and influence virtual learning design.
Allyson Stewart-Allen

Best-selling Author, Advisor, Educator, Broadcaster, Speaker, Judge, Non-Executive Director, Allyson Stewart-Allen is a Californian based in London for over 30 years. She has advised more than 240 businesses in 26 countries including Accenture, BAE Systems, Burberry, Cadbury, Fujitsu, HSBC and Meltwater. Following her early career with PwC, PA Consulting Group and Hay Management Consultants, Allyson advises Boards and senior leaders to profitably grow across regions. Allyson is engaged for her award-winning corporate education work and is the first-ever two-time winner of the European Foundation for Management Development’s Excellence in Practice Award recognizing the leadership programs she conceived and delivered for Lufthansa and BAE Systems. She is the author of both editions of best-selling book Working with Americans, all three editions of Marketing in the USA (UK Dept for International Trade) and is a regular broadcaster for a range of international media outlets including Al Jazeera, BBC News, CNN, Deutsche Welle, France 24, FT, NPR, Sky News, The Guardian, The Times amongst many others.
Cheewei Kwan

Cheewei is a keen student of leadership and has spent the bulk of his 35-year career working with leaders across Asia Pacific and beyond on being the best they can be. Cheewei has held senior executive roles across government, Asian corporations and global multinational consulting firms, and is known for his ability to create a safe and neutral environment with boards and executive teams to confront, discuss and resolve team dynamics. Cheewei has led the Leadership Practice at Kerridge & Partners since he relocated to Auckland with his family in 2011 and works with board directors and executives on a range of leadership initiatives and coaching engagements. As the founding Chief Executive of the Singapore Human Capital Leadership Institute, a government-funded institution whose mission is to develop strategic human capital and leadership capabilities and thought leadership for Asia, Cheewei led the research and development of content, leadership programmes and networking platforms to develop and connect senior leaders in the region. Cheewei was recently appointed to the Board of Outward Bound New Zealand and feels very privileged to be able to contribute to the development of future leaders for the country. Cheewei has collaborated with Duke CE since 2015 and is the orchestrator for a number of flagship programmes in Asia-Pacific.
Marisa Agrasut

Marisa blends management and leadership of strategic design and innovation for Fortune 500s to government and national ministries, to nonprofits and SMEs, as consultant and practitioner. Past clients and organisations include Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Glaxosmithkline, AIA, The Land Transport Authority, The Ministry of Manpower Singapore, Health Promotion Board to name a few. Having worked in a range of industries, her approach is that of holism and adaptability, from conception to delivery – supporting, creating, and optimising the conditions for discovery, value creation, alongside harnessing the potential of the collective. It is much more sustainable and effective to help teams build resilience, in deeply embedding within teams, the knowledge, understanding, capabilities and mindsets needed to build a culture of experimentation for the new complex, VUCA paradigm we are in, through a lens of distributed, democratic and responsible innovation. Marisa favours creating engaging educational experiences that bring the participants to become self-aware and to think more deeply and broadly in their learning. Of Asian origin and born in the UK, she has spent years in Asia, and has worked with teams regionally and in Europe.
