Client Director, Asia Pacific & Middle East

Janice’s experience runs the expanse of marketing and HR, organizational coaching, program management, executive search and recruitment, C-suite talent profiling and mapping, employer branding and outreach, career advising for industries including professional services, consulting, oil and gas, education, government, healthcare, and financial services.

As Client Director with Duke Corporate Education, Janice manages global strategic projects involving senior executives from multinational and regional companies participating in leadership intervention programs held in in Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Qatar and China, leading end-to-end execution of project deliveries. Janice also heads, grows and manages the global educator network for Asia & Middle East, including profiling, rate negotiations and building network partnerships.

Prior to Duke CE, she has worked in leadership development, organizational development, talent and executive search roles in companies including the Ministry of National Development Singapore, Page Group, and the Sauder School of Business in Canada.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing from the University of British Columbia and is a certified organizational coach by the Institute of Executive Coaching Leadership.

An individual who enjoys the diversity of cultures and building strong working relationships and networks, Janice has lived in Singapore, Malaysia, China, England and Canada.
