Stuart Griesbach

Regional Managing Director, Africa

Stuart is Regional Managing Director for Duke CE’s Africa region. Previously he was Managing Director. Stuart joined Duke CE in September 2013 as Academic Director for South Africa. This role includes customer relationship management for a cluster of key corporate clients, programme design and management of delivery for those clients.

Stuart comes from the short-term insurance sector, where he held various roles in the Learning & Development and Human Capital functions of Mutual & Federal Insurance Company between 1997 and 2012. During these years he established the e-learning, leadership development and HR strategy departments for Mutual & Federal.  Immediately before joining Duke CE, he was the Chief Operations Officer of a leisure property development company.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University) and also a Masters Degree in Business Administration degree from DeMontfort Univesity (Leicester, UK).  He also holds Higher Certificates in Project Management and Short term Insurance.
